Judged by Julia Allinson

After studying at Birmingham College of Food, Julia began her hospitality career at Hawkstone Park in north Shropshire, learning all aspects of the golf and leisure business. Time was then spent working for MacDonald Hotels and Patshull Park near Wolverhampton as Business Development Manager, before returning to Hawkstone Park in 2008 as Sales and Marketing Manager of the hotel, golf and unique tourist attraction, Hawkstone Park Follies.

After the loss of her husband Geoff and her own battle with breast cancer, Julia now spends much of her time volunteering for Macmillan Cancer Support, working on events such as The World Coracle Championships, Ludlow Cycle Festival and the MacMillan Midsummer Ball to raise much needed funds to assist those living with cancer in Shropshire. She also works with Homestart Telford and Wrekin and PANDAS.

Julia is mum to seven year old twins Grace and Harriet.
